Before contacting support

Check that microphone, camera, and photo permissions are enabled in iOS Settings if you are using voice or photo features.

Safety

Ollie is not for emergencies. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

Report content or misuse

To report unsafe content, misuse, harassment, illegal content, or other concerns, email support with a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the same support email and include the email address associated with your request if applicable.

Purchases

If Ollie offers App Store subscriptions or in-app purchases, manage cancellations and refunds through your Apple ID subscription and purchase settings.
